Life Coach, Workshop
Leader, Certified Bodytalk® Practitioner and Author Basia Conroy works
with people who want to become healthier, build a solid personal
foundation and expand their creativity. ReVitalizations, LLC is her
company name.
Basia uses the health balancing method called BodyTalk® to enhance
client’s vitality. BodyTalk brings the various body systems into
synchronization so that the body can heal itself. BodyTalk works at
all levels: physical, emotional and spiritual.
When people have good health, they
naturally want to live effective and happy lives... even creative and
spiritually connected lives. “Life Coaching” is the system Basia uses
to help people move forward in life from “doing fine” or “getting by”
to taking the steps they need to take for real satisfaction and
freedom. Life Coaching is a journey, not a destination.
Basia also teaches workshops for enhancing creativity. Basia will
self-publish her manuscripts about spirituality and self-healing. She
plans to adapt her workshop FIVE STEPS TO THE HEART OF CREATIVITY into
another book.
Recently, she facilitated a
successful series of classes based on The Artist’s Way by Julia
Cameron. Basia teaches, she does not lecture but inspires enthusiastic
class interaction. Basia is a dynamic, compassionate, well organized
leader with strong listening and communication skills and a personable
style.
Highly skilled computer software trainer, desktop publisher and
consultant Basia has 11+ years experience teaching DTP and office
productivity software. Basia trains business people, student groups
and home-office entrepreneurs who are at all skill levels and all ages
to become productive computer “power” users. She combines
understanding of leading-edge technology with ability to translate
“techno-babble” into everyday language for students.
